re. Intro and a couple questions(chip/mileage)

Don't get your hopes up too high, Ben. As a Lehmann chippee, I can
assure you that the poor mileage you're getting isn't likely the
fault of that chip--unless it's defective. After the chip was
installed, my sedan's fuel economy (city 17/18, highway 26/29) stayed
essentially the same--perhaps a slight improvement in highway MPG (I
am not a particularly conservative driver.)
