034 EFI fuel rail

As others have mentioned, fitting any fuel rail with the MC teardrop shaped
TB is very difficult, by far an easier route is to use the KH set up,
clearance is not an issue.  Also, the 4kq intake setup works very well as in
this application, an 034efi featured user:
