Warning display unit - '87 5KCSQT

Evening Listers,

I am once again asking for the collective assistance for my 87 5KCSQT.  I
don't have a functional warning display unit.  I believe this is what lights
up the faulty system when you press the check button.

I asked the previous owner about this and he said that a few of the light
broke when he removed this.  Does someone have one of these available or is
this the dreaded "dealer only" item?
