Easier- the caliper doesn't have to be removed. Remove the wheel,
remove the metal clip, one pad practically drops out in your hand.
Undo the torx set screw..HEY, I SAID TORX, put that allen wrench
away! ;-), wiggle the rotor off and towards the front of the car;
pull the inner pad off.

If someone(or you) strips the set-screw, use a dremel to grind a slot
in and use a nice big flat-bladed screwdriver on it.

Attach a hose, open the bleeder(you can clamp the brake line if you
have a proper hose clamp), and push the piston back in(after checking
the integrity of the boot of course), big vise grips work fine here.
Close bleeder, release clamp, put new inner pad on, replace rotor,
install new outer pad, replace the clip, pump brakes, get assistant
to press the pedal while you open the bleeder once more to make sure
there isn't any air(or, just keep a pressure bleeder attached the
whole time.)

BTW, I suggested opening the bleeder and clamping the line because
I've read on the brickboard lists that they prefer doing the brake
job that way- it keeps all the shmutz(technical terms here) from
getting pushed back into the ABS unit, MC, etc. Supposedly reduces
the occurrence of said units biting the dust.
