Pulling codes, 88 90

I read the codes (with Stephane's invaluable assistance) on my 1988 90 Q
following the type 44 procedure.  Floor it in 3rd gear so the ECU comes to
its senses, get back home, leave it running, insert a fuse in the FP relay
for 4 seconds and it happily spits out all codes stored.  This car is a
Canadian version if that matters.
