85 4000Q fuel leak question

Hello,
My 85 4000Q has developed a fuel leak thanks to the salty NY winters.  I
have fixed rusted fuel lines before but this one is different.  It is below
the gas tank, and about a foot to a foot and a half long (the metal part).
On one side the metal line is attached to a canister(Bosch) and it bends
under the car and attaches to a rubber tube.  I have never seen a fuel line
with rubber, which makes me think it's a return feed to the tank.  It seems
to only leak when the car is running.

Does anyone know what such a line would be called?  Given the size of the
line I would rather just replace the whole piece rather than try to fix the
rusted line with pressure couplings..
