Not that I've seen in the factory lit, but I tend to do them anytime I'm
into a head job or cam swap on a car that isn't with me for regular
maintenance. They're cheap, and I've seen a couple jump in admittedly harsh
rally service. If you look at the dish on the cam sprockets they're not very
aggressive. Short answer, do it if you're in there.
