urq motor questions

Hi,
I have some questions regarding the stock urq motors, I guess they are WX's here in the
U.S.
Do they have piston oil squirters?
Would a 20v head from a 7A match up to the oil and water passages? Or rather, are the
blocks from solid lifters motors any different from the blocks of hydraulic lifters motors? I'm
taking on rumor/fact/others experience that the 20v heads fit on 10v blocks, but didn't know
if that included WX blocks.
I would like to know if an urq block, crank, and rods would be a usable base to build a
homemade 20vt with custom pistons out of. It would be taking the lowest of the low
compression 2.22l bottom ends and using it with a 20v head. Seems like the best excuse
for custom pistons and not wasting an urq short block.
Thanks,
Ken
