Trying to find the Beetle with the TT chasis...

HPA Motorsports did the car and it was a twin-turbo VR6,
not a 2.7T.

I while ago a saw a write up on a Beetle that had the TT chassis and a
2.7 tt engine boosting around 600 HP. Does anyone know where I could
find info on it? It think it was a Vancouver, BC shop who did the work,
and the car was also featured in some magazines.
