Injector removal/testing -how?-

Does anyone have a good way of checking a bad injector without removing it
from the intake manifold?  Sort of like when you touch each exhaust manifold
stack to see which spark plug isnt firing.

Also i've never removed CIS injectors. Is it hard and if so how do you do it?
 Can you damage anything by removing and installing them over and over?
