alignment and wiper stops

Just got the car back with two questions.

It was aligned, and now the wheels not straight.

If we just adjust both from tie rods, we should be able to get the wheels
and the steering wheel and both front wheels pointing strain ahead, right?

Also, is it just  coincidence that the wiper arms don't "park" any where
after the alignment?

I know these are both a matter of peeing "picky," but can't but might they
both be related to the alignment done Friday?
