83 urq stumble and other isues

Hi All,

New parts, and tested parts:
wires,
plugs,
cap,
rotor,
tested intake air temp sensor,
tested WOT switch,
tested idle switch,
adjusted idle and freq valve duty cycle to spec.

Symptoms:
Car stumbles under more than 1/2 throttle in 3-5 gears.
Car pulls hard and smooth with less throttle and in 1-2 gears.
No smoke or funny noises of any colour or sound.
Car is hard to start and keep running from cold. Usually requires 2-3 tries
then feathering throttle to let it warm up a bit before taking off.
Warm start is fine.
