new bumper for my car

well i need a new bumper badly now... its kind of fun having a broken bumpe=
r though.... people laugh when i go to race them and they look at my front =
bumper. they laugh a hell of a lot less after that when they are staring at=
 my rear bumper :) its funniest when civics try to race... i feel bad for t=
hem :)
anyways... i dont think i can afford a new aftermarket bumper so i was thin=
king of a 4000 or cabriolet bumper for my '88 90tq... these work? any modif=
ications?
the cabriolet should be bolt on right?
also... anyone have a used wg spring stronger than stock? (kh motor)
i really should redo my intercooler before increasing boost though...
oh... a few more questions...
what should average running temps on a kh be... what should average oil pre=
ssure and temps be?
