I wonder if you send him a response saying that you will do the business, but
you would like to reverse the money flow. Once you receive the $3700, you'll
gladly send him not only the $3200 he wants, but also and extra $100 for the
hassle. (image)

I bet he won't respond, and if he does you can scare him. Like:

. Get his IP address and say that is great, my friend such and such works at
your internet provider. The one with the IP #.

. Send him another solicitation with CC to the your favorite DA.

and other...

Regarding the accuracy of his message, one can scans for titles and place it
in a mask email.
