Idle RPM just changed - help!

Since the ISV is running, the idle switch must be good.

Your secondary throttle butterfly may be stuck a bit open - try maessing
with the linkage on top of the TB and see how it looks.  Lubricate.

Also, you may have popped a hose somewhere creating a small air leak.
