0.6 ohm might be the series resistance of your multimeter leads, contacts,
and the resistance of the sensor. You can go ahead and clean the contacts
and verify that crimp connections, etc are still good. If that's the case I
wouldn't worry about 0.6 ohm. Which resistance does the meter indicate when
you connect the test leads together?
