Emergency!!! A fuel line is leaking pretty bad and I have a race pretty soon!!!

You could just cut the rusty section out with a small pipe cutter and put
a piece of rubber fuel line (I think 3/8) over the steel line and tighten
with small hose clamps.  I've already fixed 2 rusted sections on the 5KS
this way, one repair is going on 4 years with no problems.
