Two prime candidates in my mind would be the water pump, and or idler pulley.
Either way I would do a timing belt repair (which should include both of the
above) immediately.
If that noise maker decides to totally check out, you might be looking at
major money. I don't know for sure, but I think your motor is an interference
engine. Anyone confirm?
