alternator squeals with new bearings. What else?

Over weekend I confirmed that sound comes from alternator. There are no signes of belt movement on the pulley (rubber marks) and no wear on the belt.
Plus, belt tension was good. I am already thinking about maybe too good. But my other car has same tension and no problems there.
It is hard to describe the sound. I called it "squeal" but it is like "moaning squeal" (or "squealing moan").
I am about to take alternator apart again. It is a shame when I am on the middle of A/C conversion job and time is pretty limited.
