which bypass valve?

I'm going to add the turbo bypass valve to my 200 q 10v soon and
wanted to know which one to order. I know there's the:
5cyl 20v,
the 4 cyl 20v (not sure if they're the same)
porsche 993 turbo
944 t (not sure if this has been superceeded by the part # above
saab 900/9000 turbo

I'm looking for the most durable one. I have heard the two Audi
valves are the same as the 993 now,as far as the Bosch crossover
numbers. Anyone can shed any light on this? Which one has a metal
diaphragm?
