I think of the cap and rotor as pretty disposable and change them every
15-20k miles, or sooner if I'm bored. They can last longer, but they
can also get pretty burnt up. They cheap, and easy to do. Or at least,
the 10v ones are. Maybe the 20v ones are "special"...?
