Stupid seat tricks or how to get an armrest in your CGT

Greetings Audinauts,
The CGT odyssey begins! Last night did the LOF, and changed the sparkplugs.=
 Sweet sounding little 2226 that one has, no lifter or manifold noise perce=
ptible. I then addressed the busted frame/ripped leather of the driver's se=
at. The car came with a set of 90q front buckets, in a nice dark grey leath=
er. Obviously, these seat tracks are a different size, so the whole thing i=
sn't going to bolt in...

But, the backrests are interchangeable. So, I now have a seat made of a bac=
krest of a 90 (with trick fold down armrest) and the bottom cushion of a CG=
T=2E Looks funny as one is grey and one is red, but after I consult with th=
e upholsterer in the family, I think I'll be switching the cover of the 90 =
to the Coupe's "bucket".

Weird junkyard wars that can only happen in a garage containing one 5ktq in=
terior, two 90 seats, and a hosed CGT setup...
