strange ebay urq bidding

It's hard to tell who was the shill, new member "conceptcarz1" or new
member "turbovision79"... or were these people who really wanted the car
and got into a "bidding war" over it?  I guess the only way to tell is
to carfax it and see if the title changes hands soon.

All I know is if the owner really thought the car was worth over $20k,
they can't have been too happy with that little $6k plateau it was at
for a while.  But then again, often all the meaningful bidding happens
in the last few hours... or minutes... or seconds, even.

Anyway, Frank, what was it that seemed strange to you?  And which bidder
were you?
