man... there are just too many ricers around doing that to there
hondas... im from the "make it fast then pretty" school of thought.

there are so many hondas around town with custom two tone paint,
12 foot high aluminum spoilers... ugly altezas...
with stock engines covered in oil...

im not saying he shouldnt make it pretty... or nice rims makes you a
ricer...
im just suggesting the other school of thought to him.
he asked about 3 things... wheels, steering wheel, bumper...
not that i dont want a new bumper, wheels and steering wheel for my car...
id jump at them...
but id make my car fast way before that... heck... i have a broken bumper
now and all my money goes to my engine... and will for a while...
i just think you dont go out and buy an audi to do what everyone else is
doing... if so youd get a civic...

btw. if you have a german car and cover it in stickers, a giant spoiler,
stock engine... it isnt called "rice" its called "spetzel"
