Yes- not to mention, it's entirely, completely, 100% unenforceable
from what I've read. You can't just command me to do something- what
would stop you from putting "you must give me $50"?
I think we should preprocess all postings through a filter that zaps
the disclaimers(along with the yahoo/msn/whatever advertisements).
Maybe even emails it back to the recipient a few times, so they get
an idea of how annoying it is to read. Perhaps we could also charge
them a per-message storage+processing fee, since the crap takes up
disk space in the archives...
