If you want to convert the LS100 to EFI, look at

This is a build-it-yourself user-programmable EFI unit, the kit costs a
whole $100, you add your fuel rail, injectors, high pressure pump and
re-use a bunch of the existing sensors.

I built one, and it runs fine on the bench, now I just have to decide which
vehicle it is going onto.

Great, fun project, not a lot of work to build, most of the time is in
scrounging the fuel delivery mechanical parts.

Coupla Audi listers have them running on cars already - I recognize some
names from this list on that one.
