Before starting starting a war here, let me state that yes I know
Mann & Mahle are the best filters to use. However try getting one in
Antioch CA at a moments notice when you need one! Most parts counter
monkeys don't even know what my car is let alone what's best for it. I
will not use FRAM, they suck and caused the premature demise of my old
VW Rabbit back in the day. So whats a guy to do? Not much available in
my one horse town.
I have run Mobil 1 filters before with favorable results (oil pressure
stays at 5 bar) and they stock them locally. Anyone else had experience
with them?
