I've done that in the past, got a code that equated to timing fully retarde=
d=2E But why would code/light go away on hot restart? Open, frayed, broke=
n, nicked, or any other not-so-watertight wire on the 02 sensor circuit? I=
thought that the O2 sensor did not send data to the ecu till fully hot, th=
is condition happens within 15sec of start. When at WOT does the ecu liste=
n to the knock sensor?

                                                                           =
                  Thanks in Advance,
                                                                           =

How about pulling the codes and finding out what that check engine light =
is trying to tell you?

been doing is shutting the car off (after 20-30 min of driving) while
coasting and then restart, match revs, and engage clutch, this seems to=

rid of my check engine light and poor performance. I have long suspect=
