AC system Sealing Washers

Hey Gang,
I was wanting to do some AC work and I had thought that all the fittings
were sealed by O-rings.  The FA lists 803 260 749 C Sealing Washer for my 89
90q.  Are these actually copper or aluminum crush washers?
