How to adjust boost?

Basically, put a stronger spring in the wastegate.  Also, when
you get the boost raised more than a little bit you also need
to get around the stock overboost control mechanism.
I'm being a little bit vague here, because the UrQ's were a little bit
different from the later MC engined 5kCSTQ cars.  I've never had a
UrQ so I can't be more specific.
I've got springs and instructions for the MC engined cars:

but I don't think this will work directly on the UrQ's.  Can somebody
else add something here?
Another note - this all changed with the 20V turbo engines.  On those
the boost is all computer controlled via chips in the ECU.  You generally
do not want to use a stronger wastegate spring on the 20V engines.
