I built a DIY-WB from
http://www.techedge.com.au/vehicle/wbo2/default.htm last year. They
have gotten more advanced since then with data logging and the board
layout is easier. Plus you can get it prebuilt if you want. I have
mine installed on my EFI race rabbit and it work great. It takes about
20 seconds before it heats up, but then works great. My only complaint
which has already been fixed with the latest ones is that you have to
run an alternator because it is not very happy below 13.5 volts. Of
course that is not a problem for street cars.
The guy that runs it is very helpful and also has forums if you have
questions. All prices are in AU$ which when I got mine made it very
affordable. I think shipping was $10 and took about 10 business days.
In short I love it and it will reside in my 4kq as soon as the KH is in
it so I can keep an eye on things.
