My 1994 90 sedan has developed a rather disconcerting knock when you change=
 speed (i.e. upshifting, downshifting).  Its probably most noticeble when y=
ou have the car in 1st abouve 3000 rpms and you take your foot of the gas, =
it makes a sound like a piece of the exhaust is hitting the floor of the ca=
r=2E  We've already checked underneath and tried to find anything loose wit=
h the exhaust or engine mounts, no problems there.  We're scheduled to take=
 it in to our mechanic on wednesday, but I would appreciate any thoughts on=
 the problem.  We've talked to a friend of ours who knows a lot about these=
 cars, he thinks it might have something to do with the bearings.
