SPARK AGAIN!!! no make sense

btw, it was sparking red when the key was in the halfway
off position and not sparking before...
(supposed to be blue/white)
and the pressure is fine... you can hear fuel flowing...

unless it wont spark if there is no fuel...
but that doesnt make sense to me
