[V8] Service records from VIN #

My experience has been that anything and everything that was ever done to
the car at a dealership, even before initial sale, can be accessed by
ANY dealership. I got the printout for V8Q #1 from a dealer that had
never seen the car, and everything came up, including mundane
maintenance.
The challenge was figuring out what the printout codes meant. The dealer
was not able (willing?) to supply me the "decoder ring" when I got the
printout, I'm guessing they can if they really wanted to.
If the dealer won't supply the decoder, there are a few on-line sites
where you can look them up, here's one:

In my experience the only information that's available only in the
originating dealer files seems to be the radio unlock code.
