Help with idle problem.

I have a 1988 80Q w over 220K miles that idles
roughly/too slow. (about 200rpm) It also occasionally
stalls out when sitting at a light. I checked the
engine codes and I got a 2312 (or maybe a
2132?)according to the manual it means to check the
connection between ignition and fuel injection control
units or that the control units are faulty. Is there
maybe a simple problem that causes this because
otherwise I can't afford to fix it.
