License plate captive nut, type 44, clutch kits

License plate hardware . . . removing the type 44 light bar is necessary if
the captive nuts are stuck, but you can't get the light bar off unless you
can swivel the license plate out of the way - there are two screws under
the license plate which fasten the light bar to the trunk lid. Fortunately,
I had only one bolt stuck, so I was able to do this. A handful of nylon
snap-in license plate fasteners from FLAPS and all is now fine. I let them
keep the gold chain license plate surround - clashes with my bald head, too
much glare . . .

Clutch kit clearance on eBay - I got one set, man, this is a BARGAIN -
these are the REAL THING, not cheap aftermarket stuff. If you need a clutch
or think you need a clutch, or think you think you might need a clutch,
this is a real good time to have an attack of pack-rat syndrome.
