Low Oil Pressure - 80Q and lots of oil on dipstick after running

Almost every car except a porsche to name ONE, checks the oil with the motor
off and parked for a while for the oil to run back down the dipstick.
That's why you see a Higher level.
When the enginee runs the oil pump "pumps" oil around the entire engine to
coat the metal and working parts with oil.  That's why the dip stick has has
high unreadable levels.
Quick fix?  Wipe the dipstick clean with a rag and remeasure.
Flasing oil light: a sensor or low oil level.  Maybe a plugged/crappy Orange
filter?  Using 10/40W not 0/30 right?

r starting the car the oil
would have covered a huge part of it - it covered more than half of the
entire dipstick.  If the car was off when I checked, things would be at
a normal level...
