Yeah, mine do that every once in a while.  Found a neat trick (given to me by Bill Gerwig, a certified Audi technician, ya'll) to fix them.  Get up to a high speed (80 should do), then get on the brakes hard.  This is not an 80 to 0 test, but slow down rather quickly.  Do this a couple of times, and your brakes should be fine after that.  Or, get into some construction traffic; does the same thing.
