allroad Spare Wheel/Tire

I am looking for the spare wheel with inflator tire that comes standard
with the allroad.  Its made by Ronal, sized 6.5Jx16 ET16 and looks exact
to the standard allroad wheels except for the being one inch smaller and
one inch narrower. Audi part number 4Z7 601 025 B.  If you have one or
know of one  or know of a wreck being parted out, please send me an
