Rear caliper replacement for '83 Urq

So I can directly substitute eiter a 4k or a 5k caliper for the UrQ one.  That
would be fine as I just want to fix what is broken - the left rear caliper
braket emergency brake cable braket is broken.  Not necessarily looking for an
upgrade, although I wouldn't mind doing one.
