injector installation help

try putting some drops of gasoline on the fuel injector seals to lubricate
them as you are pushing them in.

Can someone tell me how to "pop" IN the injectors now that I have them out?
The came out quite stubbornly with the injector puller but now I cannot get
them back in like many have said you just push them in.  Anyone BTDT on a JT
engine?
