Help on '89 200Q Knee Bar and 2nd ?

I'm not sure Bentley covers the newer knee bar vs. older parcel shelf; I didn't
look in mine before attacking my '91 the first time. In addition to the pedal
cluster and the one under the steering wheel, there are two other 4mm hex
screws behind the dash side panel (it's covered by the door when closed, about
hand-sized, a plastic/foam composite, can be removed by gently but forcefully
moving up and then down to disengage the clips) on a bracket. Mine hasn't been
off for a while, I am trying to think if there is another screw along the lower
outside edge...
