The 'CS' stood for 'Commemorative Special' *only* for the FWD 1986 4000CS
sedan.  It was a special edition with 5KS aero wheels and other trim
differences from the standard 4000S.  Otherwise, when used on other
models (including 4000 quattros), the CS did not have such a meaning.
