All,

I just figured out where my misconception came from: Back in '86, when I saw
the magazine ad for the Commemorative Special, I thoughts that's what the CS
badging stood for.

To Huw and to George Selby: I'm sorry that my misunderstanding caused
confusion for others, and I'm sorry for my inaccurate comments to both of
you and to the list.

To Ti and to John Sherrow: Thank you both!
