Crank bolt torque for timing belt change (10v)

Dad and I use the knuckle count method.  Most bolts need to be tightened until you bust one knuckle on something.  The majority of them, engine bolts and the like, were two knucklers.  The crank one usually was around eight knuckles (hands side by side, not on top of each other, and a pretty long extension)
