Peter, that will work just fine, especially since you
left the barb on there.  Just watch the fuel line, if
it looks like its swelling a little, replace it with
some earls stainless braided hose or something
similar, and use a good clamp.  They're often rated to
300+ psi and higher temps to.  It think you'll be fine
though, you're not running the high fuel pressures of
the CIS cars.
