Naw, I wish I could somehow do an engine transplant in my 90Q that would 
give me a 130-150 hp car that got over 30 mpg.  Heck, I'd be happy with 
120 hp @ 35 mpg... although that simply might not be possible with a car 
this heavy.

Stuck at 24.5 mpg average... and isn't water still "free?"  It falls 
down out of the sky around here.
