The 91 200TQ is still a C3 type 44 body.  However its fender wheel well lip
is flared out compared to other type 44 cars.  I think they are
interchangeable, but it would look silly without the matching rear wheel
well flares too.  Other items on your list should all be interchangeable too,
but I am not 100% sure about the radiator support.

The C4 type 4A (1992-1997 UrS4/S6 or 100/A6) fenders will not fit a
C3 type 44.  Nor would any of the other items you listed.
