Yes, many more including old Toyota, Fiat and Ford engines, and who 
knows what. Almost any engine labeled as "twin cam" in the old days 
usually had only two valves per cylinder. Multi-valve technology came 
with its own marketing names. Weird to us Audi folks since our two-valve 
engines have always had the inlet and exhaust ports on the same side of 
the cylinder head :)

(I kinda miss my old Ford inline with its rocker arms, you'd only need 
to remove the cam for replacing it)
