Crimp vs. Solder & wire coloring?

Crimp save time but ll never replace solder.
I use solder and marine heat shrink insulation (glue melt inside the tube
when heated)
It cannt be betteer. On the cockpit you cant do crimp but for me it s like
fix broken lens of headlamp with crazy glue..
On the engine aera never use crimp, the wires get green and you ll lost some
volts,,, it s like a bad connector as we can see night on those cars get
headlamp yellow color... bad oxided ground.
